3. Confirmation of Payment

After payment, a confirmation slip will be sent via email as proof of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

• Each tour has its own cancellation policy. Please review before booking.
• Combo tours can be canceled, but individual cancellations within a combo affect the total price.

4.2 No Show

Failure to attend a booked tour will result in no refunds or rescheduling.

5. Cancellation Procedures

6. Itinerary Amendments

Itineraries may change due to local conditions or weather without reimbursement.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy

If your preferred hotel is unavailable, an alternative of similar standard will be provided.

8. Travel Insurance

We are not responsible for damages due to accidents, illness, or loss of baggage. Travel insurance is recommended.

9. Travel Documents

Guests must carry valid travel documents. No refunds for missing documents.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Services will not be provided to any OFAC-sanctioned countries as per UAE law.
